Egg Tomato Pulao

This is a classic Indo - Chinese dish ,prepared so fast and easy. Juicy tomatoes with a soft srambled eggs gives a relishing taste to the rice . This is an great lunch box idea to kids. The rice is spiced up with all the masalas and then mixed with the scrambled eggs and served.

Instructions
  1. in oil scramble the eggs and keep separately
  2. separately saute the spices, green chilli and ginger garlic
  3. add tomatoes and onions to it
  4. when tomatoes get soft add salt and cooled rice to it
  5. now add the sramble egg and serve.
