8 nos Eggs beaten
2 cups All purpose flour Maida
2 cups Rice flour
1/2 tsp Cumin powder Jeerakam
3 cups Sugar
4 cups Coconut oil

Instructions

For preparing egg unniyappam, mix eggs, maida, rice flour, cumin powder and sugar in a bowl.
Boil oil in an appa chatti and pour the mixture one by one using a big spoon.
Fry till it becomes brown in color.
Egg unniyappam is ready.
