Instructions
  1. In a cooker, boil green peas, beans and carrot.
  2. Boil potato separately.
  3. While boiling, add salt.
  4. Heat a little oil in a frying pan.
  5. Add onions, chillies and masala powders (turimeric, coriander). Mix well.
  6. In a bowl, mix the vegetable (not potato) and mash it to a paste.
  7. Add chillies in the pan followed by the paste.
  8. Fry the mashed items till the water content is reduced to minimum.
  9. Take the pan off the stove.
  10. Mash potato in a separate bowl and mix with the fried items.
  11. :- This is to reduce the water content further. :- Taste for salt. And if not enough add some more.
  12. Take the eggs and beat them well.
  13. Add some salt to it.
  14. Heat some oil in the pan.
  15. Make small balls (of any shape) off the mixed vegetables and the dip in the beaten egg.
  16. Fry them in the oil.
