  • Nutmeg(freshly grated) - 1/4 tsp

Instructions
  1. Cook the egg yolks, sugar, salt, brandy, rum and sherry in a double boiler until very light and thickened.
  2. Remove from heat
  3. Add the milk and cream; then make it cool.
  4. Beat the egg whites until stiff
  5. Fold them in the cream mixture.
  6. Pour into a ice cream machine and process according to manufacturer`s directions.
  7. Sprinkle with nutmeg before serving.
