Instructions
  1. For preparing eggplant potato yoghurt dip, first place egg plant and garlic in a grill pan and grill it till tender.
  2. Cook the potato and mash it well.
  3. When grilling done, peel the skin of egg plant and keep it in a bowl.
  4. Likewise, peel garlic skin and take out the pulp.
  5. Mash it with fork. Mix the mashed potato also. Mix well.
  6. Add salt and cumin powder.
  7. Pour the yoghurt in it and serve decorated with chopped coriander.
  8. Eggplant potato yoghurt dip is ready. Serve along with crispy potato chips, BBQ/grilled recipes.
