  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
  • Onions(chopped finely) - 4 nos
  • Ginger(chopped finely) - 1 inch
  • Green chilly(chopped finely) - 1 no
  • Cream - 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin(roasted and ground) - 1 tsp
  • Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato paste - 2 tsp
  • Chicken stock - 2 cups
  • Coriander leaves(chopped finely) - 1 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing eggs in a spicy cream sauce, heat the oil and add in the onions.
  2. Stir and fry for about three minutes or until the pieces are brown at the edges.
  3. Put in ginger and green chilly. Stir and fry for a minute.
  4. Put in the cream, lemon juice, ground cumin, chilly powder, salt, garam masala, tomato paste and chicken stock.
  5. Mix thoroughly and allow it to simmer.
  6. Put all the egg halves into the sauce in a single layer.
  7. Cook over medium heat for about five minutes, spooning the sauce over the eggs. Remove it from the flame.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  9. Eggs in a spicy cream sauce is ready. Serve hot.
