  • All purpose flour : 1 cup -
  • coconut half -
  • cashew nut 10 -
  • raisins 10 -
  • turmeric powder half tsp -
  • Cardamom powder :1 tsp -
  • sugar 1 tablespoon or more -
  • Ghee : as needed -

Instructions
  1. Heat a pan add ghee to it and when it melts
  2. Add cashew nut
  3. When its roasted well add raisins and stir it.
  4. When the raisins also roasted well, add coconut
  5. Mix it well and stir until it becomes little brown
  6. Then add sugar to it .
  7. Stir well until the sugar gets melted.
  8. Take a bowl and add egg ,cardamom powder,4 tsp of sugar or more (as per your taste)
  9. Mix it well
  10. Add the all purpose flour
  11. Add turmeric powder
  12. Mix it well
  13. Add water and make it like dosa batter
  14. Then grind it using a blender
  15. Then take another bowl and filter the batter using a sieve.
  16. Heat a pan and add ghee to it
  17. Add one scoop of batter to the pan and spread it like dosa
  18. Let it cook
  19. Take it out from the pan and keep in a plate. Repeat the same with the remaining batter.
  20. Then take one appam and add the coconut mix to it
  21. Then fold it slowly
  22. And roll it as like meat roll
  23. Serve it ,our elaanchi is ready
