It is another easy and simple veggie fry. As per my knowledge, most of people don't like this veggie, because of itchy feel. but this recipe is will not give that itchy ness and can enjoy the taste

  • red chili powder 1/2 tsp -
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
  • Maida : 1 tsp -
  • Corn flour : 1 tsp -
  • Rice flour : 2 tsp -
  • Curd : 1 tsp -
  • Ginger Garlic paste : 1/2 tsp -
  • Salt to taste -
  • colour powder 1 pinch -
  • Oil to fry -

Instructions
  1. peel the elephant yam, and cut into medium size and wash it
  2. boil the elephant in the pan for 5 minutes with water
  3. filter the elephant yam from water
  4. in a pan add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, maida, corn flour, rice flour, curd, ginger garlic paste
  5. mix well by adding little water
  6. add elephant yam and colour powder and mix well
  7. marinate for 5 minutes.
  8. heat the oil in the pan and fry the elephant yam
  9. elephant yam is ready. serve with curd rice
