Instructions
  1. For preparing elluchadam v Brahmin special, cook raw rice in cooker and allow it to cool. Spread the rice on a plate.
  2. Heat coconut oil and splutter mustard seeds.
  3. Soak urad dal and chana dal in water for 15 minutes and dry it.
  4. Add urad dal, chana dal and split one red chilly to the fried mustard seeds.
  5. Add this to the first step.
  6. Dry roast white gingelly and remaining red chillies(2 nos) and grind this to powder.
  7. Add this to the first step.
  8. Add salt.
  9. Mix the item very well to make it homogenous.
  10. Elluchadam(gingelly rice) - brahmin special, is a tasty and easy to prepare dish.
