  • Cherry tomatoes(cut in halves) - 100 g

  • White wine vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • olive oil - 1/2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing endive cheese salad, first brush the goat¦s cheese with olive oil and season with ground black pepper.
  2. Place the goat¦s cheese in a preheated grill and cook for 3 minutes until golden in color.
  3. Take a serving dish and arrange baked goat¦s cheese, endive leaves, cherry tomatoes and sliced cucumber. Drizzle with white wine vinegar.
  4. Highly nutritious and yummy endive cheese salad is ready.
