Kaya tholi thoran is a yummy stir fry.after making raw banana curry or banan chips or any other recipes with raw banana heaps of plantain peel will be left.out of this we can make yummy stir fry instead of throughout that into waste.

Instructions
  1. Peel the bananas.
  2. Chop them very finely.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seed in it.add chopped plantain peel,turmeric powder,salt and curry leaves with little water.cook it for 5 minutes in low flame.
  4. Grind coconut with green chilly for 2 sec. And mix it with the upperi.
  5. Cook it again for 2 minutes and remove from the flame.
  6. Serve it with steamed rice.
