Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add mustard seeds and when they begin to splutter, add chopped onions, curry leaves and saute till light brown, on a low flame.
  3. Add green chillies, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add sliced tomatoes and cook, till your required standard.
  5. Switch off the flame.
  6. Add tomato ketchup and stir well.
  7. :- Serve hot with rotis.

Split a cup of boiling milk (with 1/2 a spoon of vinegar/ Lime juice). Strain on your tea strainer, and squeeze to remove water. Crumble this and add to your curry, 2 minutes before you switch it off. Even Namrata`ll like it 😉
