Cumin seeds
Sesame seeds
As reqd
Salt

Parsley
Instructions
For preparing falafel, grind chickpeas,
garlic
, cumin,
parsley
,
onion
and little
salt
.
Make a thick paste. Add baking soda.
Make balls out of the dough and flatten little.
Dip in
sesame seeds
and fry it in
oil
.
A wonderful recipe with chickpeas.
Falafel is ready.
