  • Milk(boiled with sugar and chilled) - 1 glass
  • Sugar - ½ tbsp
  • Rose syrup/Roohafza - 2 tsp
  • Falooda sev - 1 -
  • Falooda seeds/Basil seeds - ½ tsp
  • Vanila ice cream - tsp
  • Nuts for garnishing (optional) -

Instructions
  1. Soak the falooda seeds in water for at least 30 minutes. It will become double in the size.
  2. Boil the sev in water for about 10 minutes. Drain and allow to cool it.
  3. Put the noodles in the glass.
  4. Add rose syrup and pour the chilled milk. Add ice cubes with the milk.
  5. :- You may adjust the quantity of sugar and syrup as per your choice.
  6. Add the soaked falooda seeds.
  7. Top it with vanilla ice cream.
  8. Garnish with your favorite nuts.
  9. :- Serve immediately.
