100 g Fenugreek leaves (chopped, Uluva ela)2 nos Potatoes (peeled, sliced and cooked)1 no Onion (sliced)1 tsp Chilly powder1 tsp Coriander powder1 tsp Garam masala1/2 tsp Turmeric powder1 cup Coconut milkOil (As reqd)Salt (As reqd) For preparing fenugreek leaf stew, fry onion in oil.Add chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and salt. Fry well.Toss in the fenugreek leaves and potatoes. Mix well.After some time add in the coconut milk and a little water. Allow it to boil and remove from the flame.Fenugreek leaf stew is ready. Serve hot with chapatti. Kerala
