Instructions
  1. Mix together all the ingredients except for oil for frying.
  2. Add water little by little and knead them well to make a little hard dough.
  3. :- It should not be very hard.
  4. Roll them out into chappathis.
  5. Fry on griddle, on a low fire, till little brown.
  6. Apply oil on both sides and remove from fire, when they become slightly brown on both sides.
