Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Fish cooked & minced
  • 150 g Paneer minced
  • Pepper As reqd
  • 1 no Egg white only
  • 3 tbsp Corn flour
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing fish and paneer finger roll, mix fish, paneer, pepper and salt.
  • Spread this on a tray with oil coated. Steam cook for 5 minutes.
  • Cut into finger shapes.
  • Dip it in egg white and in corn flour.
  • Fry it in oil.
