Ingredients
  

  • Fish : 4 nos
  • Corn flour : 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder : 2 tsp
  • Chilly powder : 1 tsp
  • Egg : 2 nos
  • Coriander : few
  • Salt : as needed
  • Oil : for frying

Instructions
 

  • Boil the fish with salt and separate the flesh.
  • Chop the coriander leaves.
  • Mix corn flour, pepper powder and coriander.
  • Add egg and chilly powder and salt as needed and mix thoroughly.
  • Make them into small balls and roll it on bread crumbs.
  • Fry it in oil and serve with mayonnaise.
