Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients 1 with fish and marinate well.
  2. Keep the marinated fish in a thick bottom cooker and keep aside.
  3. Cook the rice upto 70% with salt and is emptied over the cooker with fish.
  4. Add ghee over the rice and sprinkle saffron milk, coriander, mint and fried onion.
  5. Cover the cooker with a lid tightly.
  6. :- Steam should not come out.
  7. Keep on low gas for 5 mins and remove from stove.
  8. :- Serve hot!!!
