Fish Biriyani (Meen)- Hyderabadi Tasty and Spicy Ingredient 1:-1 kg Fish (boneless)Salt (As reqd)4 nos Bay leaf (Vazhana ela)30 gm Caraway seeds (Shah jeera)20 gm Cardamom (Elakka)20 gm Cinnamon (Karugapatta)200 gm Garlic paste100 gm Ginger paste2 tbsp Lemon juice100 gm Chilly powder50 gm Coriander powder50 gm Cumin powder20 gm Turmeric powder5 gm Garam masala powder300 gm Fried onions100 gm Mint leaves100 gm Coriander leaves500 gm Yogurt300 ml Ghee20 gm Green chilliesIngredient 2:-1 kg Rice1 pinch Saffron200 ml Milk (Boil milk and add above saffron)1 handful Fried onion100 ml GheeCoriander leaves (A handful)Mint leaves (A handful) Mix all the (Ingredients :1) with fish and marinate well.Keep the marinated fish in a thick bottom cooker and keep aside.Cook the rice upto 70% with salt and is emptied over the cooker with fish.Add ghee over the rice and sprinkle saffron milk, coriander, mint and fried onion.Cover the cooker with a lid tightly.:- Steam should not come out.Keep on low gas for 5 mins and remove from stove.:- Serve hot!!!
