in a saucepan pour the tamrind juice extract, add little water, then add the slicedonion, slit ginger and garlic, green chilli, turmeric powder, chilli powder , pepper powder,salt to taste and cook for a minute, add the sliced fish, and cook further for 5 minutes, add curry leaves and coriander leaves, and 1 tea spoon of coconut oil... fish curry is ready.. enjoy
