In a mixer, grind the grated coconut with water and extract the coconut milk. Heat oil in a pan and sautT the chopped onions.Add green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilly and coriander powder. Add the extracted coconut milk. Add little water and tamarind pulp. Keep this aside.Heat a little oil in a pan and add mustard, red chilies, curry leaves and the chopped mango pieces.Add the coconut gravy and the fried fish pieces. This recipe looks like mouth-watering curry…but i`ve a doub`t won`t this curry taste to much of sourness by adding 2 no`s of raw mango, lime juice and tamrind pulp to it..
Too much work. But tastes good.
Its an excellent recipe. I added `kodampuli` to the curry as raw mango did not produce enough sourness. I am proud of you.
