250 gms Fish (without bones)1 tsp Vinegar1/2 tsp Pepper powder1/2 cup All purpose flour (Maida)1 no Egg1/2 cup Milk1/2 cup Cheese (grated)Salt (as reqd)Oil (for frying) Cut the fish into thin even sized pieces.Wash and pat dry. Keep this aside.Make a paste of vinegar, pepper, maida and necessary salt.Dip the fish pieces in this paste and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.Make a batter of the remaining flour, egg, milk, grated cheese and required salt. Coat the fish pieces with the batter.Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the fish pieces to a golden brown colour.:- Fish Fry in Cheese Batter is ready!!!:- Serve the Fish Fry in Cheese Batter in hot!!!
