  • Onion(small & chopped) - 1 no
  • Black pepper(As reqd) -
  • Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Whole red pepper - 2-3
  • Flour - 2-3

Instructions
  1. Cut the fishes into long pieces.
  2. Roll the fish in flour that has been heavily seasoned with black pepper and salt.
  3. Fry in hot oil.
  4. Remove and drain fish.
  5. Bring the coconut milk to a boil.
  6. Add fried fish, onions, red pepper and coriander leaves.
  7. Cover and reduce heat. Allow it to cook for 10-15 mins.
  8. :- If you want it to be much more hot(spicy), add 1/2 tsp of chilly powder.
