Fish In Sauce

For prepared fish fried in sauce, first rub fish with salt and pepper.

Heat butter in pan, add fish pieces and fry it.

Slightly fry it.

Meanwhile, mix chilly paste, garlic paste, soya sauce, sugar, salt and coriander leaves.

Pour the sauce over the fish and fry again till done.

Fish fried with sauce is ready.
