500 gm Any fleshy fish½ tsp Cumin powder½ cup Besan powder (kadalapodi)¼ tsp Pepper powder½ tsp Ginger (chopped)½ tsp Garlic (chopped)2 nos Green Chillies (seed removed)¼ tspn Garam masala½ tbsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped)¼ tbsp Mint leaves (finely chopped)¼ cup Curd1 tsp Lemon JuiceSalt (As reqd) Marinate the fish pieces in half of the lemon juice and salt. Keep aside for 30 minutes.Make a fine paste by grinding all ingredients except curd and oil.Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl and add curd.
