Instructions
  1. For preparing fish in tomato gravy, marinate fish in turmeric and salt. Shallow fry it in oil. Keep aside.
  2. Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds. Add asafoetida. Add onion, garlic, tomato and green chillies. Cover and fry well.
  3. Add chilly powder and coriander leaves.
  4. Add fish pieces and cook.
  5. Do not add too much water.
  6. Just sprinkle in pan and coat fish pieces with masala.
  7. Fish in tomato gravy is ready.
