  • Fish(any variety) - 1 kg
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Butter - 1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
  • Salt - 1 tbsp
  • Chilly powder(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Wash the fishes and cut them into pieces.
  2. Mix together ginger - garlic paste, salt, chilly powder and curd and rub it well on the fish pieces and marinate for 1/2 an hour.
  3. Remove the fish pieces from the curd and set them aside for 15-20 minutes to dry.
  4. Thread these pieces on skeweres and grill them after rubbing a little butter on the fish pieces,
  5. :- Serve hot.

I have heard that fish and curd should not be mixed. Is that not so?
