Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 170c.
  2. Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.
  3. Mince the garlic and basil leaves.
  4. Sauteß garlic and tomatoes in olive oil, till well cooked.
  5. Cut fish fillets into small pieces. Add fish to beaten eggs and tomato mix.
  6. Season with Basil, salt and pepper. Then mix.
  7. Transfer to a greased loaf pan and bake at 170 degrees C for 30-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. ß Tips:- 1)Serve with homemade mayonnaise or tomato puree.
