Instructions
  1. For preparing fish masala in coconut milk, first heat oil in a pan and fry sliced onions.
  2. Add crushed garlic, green chillies, curry leaves and saute for a few seconds.
  3. Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, fennel seed powder and fry in low flame.
  4. When a frying smell comes, add chopped tomatoes and fry well.
  5. Add 1 cup water and required salt. Bring the fish curry to a boil and add the fish pieces.
  6. Cook in low flame with a covered lid till the fish pieces are done.
  7. When the gravy has acquired a thick consistency, add pepper powder and coconut milk.
  8. Stir slowly and heat in low heat. Remove the vessel from flame before boiling starts.
  9. Fish masala in coconut milk, a yummy recipe, is ready.
