Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  2. Add green chilly paste followed by grated onion, tomato, ginger paste, garlic paste, curry leaves, tamarind paste, chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and pepper powder.
  3. Saute well till onion and tomato blends well.
  4. Add salt and mix well.
  5. Add 1 1/2 cups of boiled water and allow it to boil.
  6. Allow it to boil for 2 - 3 mins.
  7. Add fish and cook for 5 mins.
  8. Top it with 1 tsp of coconut oil.

Hi.. I tried ur recipe today and it came really good..For a change, i added coconut milk finally .. it smells and tastes good..

Very Nice and delicious… Only one thing to point out…there is no fish named `promphet`(mistake?). Actually it is “Pomphret” also called “Silver Pomphret”.Thanks.
