Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add mustard seeds and when they crackle, add curry leaves, onions, garlic and ginger for 2 minutes.
  3. Add green chillies, coriander powder and fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Add thin coconut milk, salt and vinegar.
  5. Bring the gravy to boil and add fish pieces.
  6. Cook on low fire for 15 minutes.
  7. Mix a pinch of garam masala in thick coconut milk.
  8. Pour it into the curry and remove from the fire immediately.

Not a very good recipe. I tried it and it was very bland not much flavour.

i think this is a good recipe. we dont use kumpuli for fish pappas, fish molly etc. vinegar is used in these recipes instead.
