Add onion, coriander leaves to it and fry well. Let it cool.
5)Mix wheat flour with salt, ghee (as required), water and knead well as for chappathi.
Take a small sized ball out of the dough and press this ball by hand to make a small circle. Repeat procedure with entire dough.
Spread the fillings on the circles and place another circle on top of the filling and stick the ends well. Roll on the paratha lightly using a chappathi roller.
Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in frying pan and shallow fry the parathas on both sides.
