Fish Piralan Fish Piralan 5 nos Sardine fish (small)1/2 tsp Turmeric powder1 1/2 tbsp Red chilly powder3 tbsp Coriander powder3 tbsp Pepper powder4 tbsp Coconut oil or Sunflower oilSalt (As reqd)Tamarind water (As reqd, Puli) Clean the fish and make small cuts like the way we do when we fry fish.Take the above masalas and mix it well with 2 cups of water.Pour oil and tamarind water.Add salt and mix well. Place the fish carefully in the vessel.:- The water should be just above the fish.When it starts boiling, reduce the flame.Cook till all the water is gone and it is fried properly. Kerala
