Instructions
  1. Clean the fish and make small cuts like the way we do when we fry fish.
  2. Take the above masalas and mix it well with 2 cups of water.
  3. Pour oil and tamarind water.
  4. Add salt and mix well.
  5. Place the fish carefully in the vessel.
  6. :- The water should be just above the fish.
  7. When it starts boiling, reduce the flame.
  8. Cook till all the water is gone and it is fried properly.
