  • Cooked noodles(As reqd) -
  • Onions - ½ no
  • Capsicum - ½ no
  • Oil - ½ tbsp
  • Pepper powder - ½ tsp
  • Ginger - ½ tsp
  • garlic - ½ tsp
  • Soya Sauce - ¼ tsp
  • Tomato sauce - ¼ tsp
  • Corn flour - 1 tsp
  • Fish stock - 20 ml
  • Chilly powder - ½ tsp
  • Ajinomoto(A pinch) -
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Egg - 1 no

Instructions
  1. For making the noodles: 1)Cook the noodles in salted water.
  2. Drain the excess water off and keep this aside.
  3. For making the curry: 1)Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Add slices of onions followed by capsicum, ginger, garlic.
  5. Add fish and prawn and sautT this well one by one.
  6. Add Tomato sauce, Soya sauce, Chilly powder and seafood stock water and boil this well.
  7. Add salt, pepper powder, and ajinomoto.
  8. Finally, add corn flour mixed in water and stir it well till it becomes thick.
  9. In a serving plate, serve in the shape of dragon.
  10. Heat oil in a pan and add a beaten egg and stir it well.
  11. Add the cooked noodles and sautT well.
  12. Add salt to the noodles.
  13. Place them in the same shape over the gravy.
