For marinating:
  • Hammour fish - 1 kg
  • Lemon juice - 5 tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -
For salad:
  • Red capsicum(Red pepper) - 1 no
  • Celery stick(chopped) - 1/4 cup
  • Dhill leaves(chopped) - 1/4 cup
  • Spring onion(chopped) - 1/4 cup
  • Lemon - 1/4 cup
  • olive oil - 1/2 cup
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Oil - 1/4 cup

Instructions
  1. Mix together lemon juice and salt.
  2. Marinate the fish with the above for 1 hour.
  3. Heat 1/4 cup of oil in a frying pan.
  4. Fry the marinated fish in it.
  5. :- You can also grill the fish to avoid oil.
  6. Cut it into small pieces by removing its` bones.
  7. Boil red pepper in water.
  8. Remove it`s skin and chop it very finely. Allow it to cool.
  9. Add the other ingredients and mix well.
  10. Add the above pieces of fish to this mixture and mix well.
  11. :- This is a very healthy recipe, if you grill the fish instead of frying in oil.

Thanx for the excellent recipe. I suggest, the best and easy way to cook and bring out the nutrition in fish is to steam it.
