  • Allpurpose flour(Maida) - 2 tsp
  • Grated red onion - 4 tsp
  • Grated garlic - 2 tsp
  • Ginger - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilly powder - 2 pinches
  • Pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil to fry -

Instructions
  1. Clean fish and boil with some water.
  2. When the fish is half cooked, drain the water.
  3. Remove bones & mix well with all the ingredients.
  4. Make small balls like cutlets.
  5. Fry them.
