For dosa Batter you can grind . rice 1 cup and urad dal 1/4 cup . soak for two hours and grind and ferment for 6 hours and add salt Mix well and keep aside .
Now keep ready with chopped vegges
In tawa grease oil and pour small uttappam three and sprinkle Onion , carrot and mint in each batter cook both side and keep aside
Now Pour two again sprinkle podi and tomato and cook both side and keep aside
