Instructions
  1. Peel the ripe plantain and slice it into thin pieces and set aside.
  2. In a bowl add flour,egg,sugar,salt,cardamom powder and water as required to make a semi thick batter.
  3. Dip the sliced banana pieces in the prepared batter.make sure that the batter is coated evenly in the banana pieces
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry till it is golden brown in colour.transfer to a kitchen tissue paper.
  5. Serve hot.
