Ingredients: 1 and Cake flour; 1 tsp Baking powder; 1/4 tsp Baking soda; 1 cup Butter; 3 Egg; 2 tbsp Coaco powder; 4 tbsp Hot water; 1 tsp Vanilla essence; 1 cup Sugar; For icing; 1/2 cup Whipping cream; 1/4 cup Icing sugar; 1 tsp Vanilla Extract; 3 drops Black or grey colour

Football Cake

This is very intresting and theme cake. this cake i prepared for son birthday. this is cake is prepared with chocolate flavour and its coated with whipping fresh cream.

Ingredients

1 and Cake flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1 cup Butter
3 Egg
2 tbsp Coaco powder
4 tbsp Hot water
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1 cup Sugar
For icing
1/2 cup Whipping cream
1/4 cup Icing sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 drops Black or grey colour

Instructions

Now seive all flours and keep aside
Now beat butter and sugar in hand mixer
Now add egg and vanilla essence and mix well
Now add hot water and coaco powder mix well and add in that cake mixture and mix all together gfently and transfer to grease pan
Now pre heat oven and bake for 45 to 50 mins in 180 degree and allo w to cool
Now Cut cake in three layer and keep aside
Now add whipping in bowl and beat slowly to high speed with all other item and beaat till peak form.
Now apply it to all three layer refer pic
Now mark design of football with tooth pick and refridgerate for 30 mins
Now mix food color and keep aside
Now decorate with different nozzels with cream and complet with whole cake
Now the Football cake is ready to serve for birthay or any other functions
