Mayonnaise

Garlic
Instructions
For preparing fresh veggie salad, mix together
lettuce
,
tomato
,
cucumber
,
onion
and
capsicum
in a mixing bowl. Keep this aside.
Prepare a mixture by blending together
garlic
, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, olive
oil
, vinegar,
salt
and pepper.
Pour this mixture into the veggie salad and toss gently. Garnish with chopped
mint leaves
.
