Instructions
  1. For preparing fried brinjal, soak the sliced brinjal in salted water.
  2. Grind chilly powder, pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric and cumin seeds.
  3. Marinate the brinjal pieces in the above paste and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  4. Fry it in oil.
  5. Serve hot. Fried brinjal is ready.
