Fried Chicken Biriyani | Chicken Fry Biryani is where we fry the chicken and then layer with rice and gravy. This is one type of biriyani in kerala. This is very different in taste and make nice aroma with garam masala. This fried chicken is topped with fried onion and cashew nuts and raisins. This biriyani is simple and easy to do. This is prepared with 35-40 mins or lesser than that too. Biriyani is a mixed rice popular throughout the Indian Sub Continent.It is a mixed rice dish with Indian spices,meat or veggies or eggs.There are lots of types of Biriyani like Mughal Biriyani, Awadhi, Ambur, Malabar, Thalapakatti still more.

Instructions
  1. Wash chicken and add red chili powder, salt and ½ tsp ginger garlic paste and mix well and marinate for 15 mins
  2. In mean time soak rice and boil more water with mint and coriander and whole spice
  3. Now add rice and cook till 70% and drain out
  4. Heat pan with ghee and fry cashew and raisins and keep aside and drain ghee
  5. Now add oil and fry 1 chopped onion and keep aside
  6. Now add fry chicken and keep aside
  7. In other pan add same oil and sauté onion and ginger garlic paste, green chilli
  8. Now add tomato and sauté well all powder and mix well and cook
  9. Now add curd and when oil comes out add lemon and cook for min
  10. Now add fried chicken and mix well and drain excess water in masala
  11. Now in heavy bottom pan add oil and ghee
  12. Now top chicken curry ,rice and spread evenly
  13. Now add fried onion and cashew raisins and garam masala and leaves and Now do th same procedure with excess
  14. Now keep double stand in stove and place pan and close lid and cook low flame for 15 mins
  15. Now the Yummy aromatic fried chicken biriyani ready to serve.
