Ingredients
  

  • Fish : 4 or 5 pieces

For marination:

  • Garlic paste : 1 tsp
  • Corn flour : 1 tsp
  • Salt : as reqd
  • Pepper : 1 tsp
  • Butter : for frying

Instructions
 

  • Clean and pat dry the fish. Marinate with garlic paste, salt, flour, pepper.
  • Heat butter in kadai, fry the fish till golden color.
  • Remove from fire.4) In the same kadai, add green chillies, lime juice and cilantro. Fry for a minute.
  • Add the corn starch in it and thicken.6) Place the fried fish in serving plate. Pour the sauce over.
