Instructions
  1. Clean and pat dry the fish. Marinate with garlic paste, salt, flour, pepper.
  2. Heat butter in kadai, fry the fish till golden color.
  3. Remove from fire.4) In the same kadai, add green chillies, lime juice and cilantro. Fry for a minute.
  4. Add the corn starch in it and thicken.6) Place the fried fish in serving plate. Pour the sauce over.
