Fried Fish Sandwich
Fried fish fillets,
tomato
,
onion
and other ingredients are used as filling in burger buns. Yummy kids favorite snack.

Egg
beaten

Cheese
grated

Bread crumbs

tsp
Lemon juice

nos
Tomato
sliced

Onion
sliced
1
no
Lettuce
½
tsp
Pepper powder
½
tbsp
Oil
Instructions
For preparing fried fish sandwich, marinate the fish fillets in lemon juice and
salt
.
Mix together the
bread crumbs
,
oil
,
pepper powder
and
salt
. Keep aside.
Dip the fish fillets in the beaten
egg
and in the
bread crumbs
mixture.
Bake the fish fillet in a microwave oven for 5 minutes in 500 F.
Place
lettuce
in the bottom part of the bun and put the fried fish fillet.
Layer the
tomato
, cheese and sliced
onion
and top with the upper part of the bun.
Fried fish sandwich is ready to serve.
