Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 Cups Rice flour or puttu podi
  • 1/2 cup Flour Maida
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 No. Onion Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Ghee
  • 1/2 Tsp Black seed
  • Oil For deep frying
  • 1 1/2 Cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Heat ghee in a vessel and saute onion in it for 1 minute.
  • Add ginger garluc paste and saute it again for 2 minutes.
  • Add water, salt and black seeds. Bring it to boil. Once it starts boiling, add flour into it. Mix it well with a spoon. Turn off the flame
  • Make a soft dough out of it. The dough should be soft but should not be watery.
  • Take a portion, make balls and flatten it.
  • Heat oil in a vessel and deep fry both sides until light brown in color.
  • Fried ginger garlic pathiri is ready. Serve with non-veg curry or with kuruma.
