Instructions
  1. For preparing fried kulchas, first add required salt to the maida flour and sift well.
  2. Gradually stir in flour into the mashed potato in small quantities and blend well with your hand.
  3. Do not add water to the dough.
  4. Wet your hand with little warm water and knead the dough until smooth.
  5. Make medium sized balls with the entire dough and roll out each ball into thick round shapes.
  6. Heat sufficient ghee in a frying pan and fry the kulcha to a golden brown color.
  7. Fried kulchas are ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
