Instructions
  1. For preparing fried ladies finger, first wash the ladies finger and cut it length wise.
  2. Marinate ladies finger with salt, chilly powder and asafoetida powder. Keep it aside for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle the gram flour on top of it and shake it well.
  4. Deep fry it in oil.
  5. Fried ladies finger, a tasty side dish is ready.
