Instructions
  1. For preparing fried mamos with cream, mix flour, butter and salt with little water to form a dough.
  2. Make 2 1/2 inch wide poories out of it.
  3. Heat the ingredients for syrup and melt it.
  4. Mix the filling ingredients with 3 tbsp syrup.
  5. Place the filling inside the poories and close the ends.
  6. Fry it in oil.
  7. Pour the rest of the syrup on top and serve with cream.
