Fried Noodles-Pasta-Spaghetti
A deviation from the instant noodle breakfast

Ingredients

Noodles/Pasta/Spaghetti

Ginger

Sausage
cut into rings

Soya Sauce

tbsp
Tomato
Sauce

tbsp
Chilly Sauce
1/2
tsp
Black
Pepper Powder

Egg

Oil
Instructions
Boil noodles/pasta/spaghetti with a pinch of
salt
and 1 tsp
oil
.
Strain when cooked and keep aside.
Add cooking
oil
in a broad pan and fry
ginger
for 2 sec.
Add the
egg
and stir fry till half done.
Add the sausages and fry for 10 sec.
To this,add
onion
and fry till
onion
turns transparent.
Add the cooked noodles/pasta/spaghetti and fry stirring in high flame for approximately 2 mins.
Reduce the flame and add
capsicum
,soya ,
tomato
and chilly sauce.
Stir well and check the level of
salt
.
Finally add black
pepper powder
and stir well.
Serve hot.
:-Alternatively,you can use pepperoni/boiled n shredded chicken /boiled shrimps for the sausage and additionally,any more vegetables of your choice like mushrooms/
cabbage
/celery/spring onions/
lettuce
/carrots.
