Fried Potato Balls

These are deep fried potato balls which turns execellent when served with ketchup. The potatoes are boiled and mashed up. It is mixed with butter , salt and pepper, Now this preparation is kept in fridge for some time and then fried as balls. They are crispy outside soft and juicy inside.

Instructions
  1. boil and mash potatoes and add salt and pepper.
  2. add butter
  3. add egg yolk
  4. mix and set in fridge for half an hour.
  5. now roll to balls and dust it in flour
  6. fry the balls in oil
  7. serve hot with tomato sauce.
